My love for movement began at a young age, first through performance and the art of expression. As an actor, movement has always been an anchor — a way to stay grounded, whether filming internationally or rehearsing in London.

Over time, this relationship with movement deepened. It became less about performance and more about presence — a way to return inward, to listen, and to stay rooted within the body. From this place, pilateswithni was born.

At the heart of this work is the belief that movement is a practice of coming home. Through thoughtful Pilates and strength-based practices, sessions are designed to build strength without force, awareness without judgement, and resilience that feels supportive rather than depleting. This is not about pushing harder or striving for perfection, but about moving with intention, rebuilding trust in the body, and allowing strength to emerge in a way that feels sustainable and deeply embodied.

pilateswithni is a safe space to flow — moving internally while connecting outward. Whether in 1:1 sessions, Group Flows, or shared experiences at events, there is space to feel supported, seen, and part of something collective. Movement becomes a meeting point: between body and breath, strength and softness, individuality and community.
